Course Layout and Description
Hole 1 - Par 4
- Yardage: 394 White tees, 380 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 2 for men and No. 3 for women (front-nine handicaps).
- Layout: Slight dog-leg right, elevated tee, wide and rolling fairway goes down off the tee and then flattens out about 200 in, few scattered trees left and right off tee, small marsh to left side of fairway about 160 in and pond to right of fairway about 140 in, last 100 in there's pond on right, older trees on left and scattered trees on right as approaching green that is tucked into right corner, wide green with trees left, right and back, mound at back of green that tilts back to front and left to right, green is circular with hill at back left side, green slopes away from you at back, trees to left and behind green.
- Pro Tips: "The average golfer hits driver off the tee, and that drive will be short of the big pond so you can swing away. Club selection for the second shot varies depending on how far your drive goes, but the green is reachable in two. And because of the slope of the green - back to front - the green is very receptive to shots. Hopefully if you're on in two you can take two putts and get that par and go on to the next hole.''

Hole 2 - Par 4
- Yardage: 349 White, 310 Red.
- Handicap: No. 1 for men and No. 4 for women.
- Layout: Fairway goes uphill from the tee to the new green that's located below the clubhouse (the old green was located to the left of the clubhouse, where the new No. 3 tee now is), only a few trees on the right off the tee and a line of trees on the left starting about 150 in, line of small trees begin on right starting about 100 in, new green is very elevated and is tucked up right, green has steep front and fall-off hills to the right and left sides, green has a lot of small undulations.
- Pro Tips: "The average golfer hits driver and tries to reach the top of the hill off the tee. Your second shot is an iron to a green that is reachable, and then hopefully you can two-putt and get par.''
Hole 3 - Par 3
- Yardage: 150 White, 150 Red.
- Handicap: No. 8 for men and No. 7 for women.
- Layout: New elevated tee (located where the old No. 2 green used to be), fairway goes severely downhill off the tee for about the first 75 yards and then flattens out, flat circular green with group of trees tight left, telephone pole and more open area to right of green, open behind green quite a ways until coming to a tall grassy area (also tall grassy area way to the right of the green).
- Pro Tips: "The average player will hit 8-iron off the tee to a green that's definitely reachable. The green slopes front to back a bit, and if you miss the green, if anything be long. It's an easy chip from the back of the green and you can still two-putt and at least get a bogey.''
Hole 4 - Par 4
- Yardage: 325 White, 325 Red.
- Handicap: No. 9 for men and women.
- Layout: Slight dog-leg right with green tucked into right corner at end, line of trees left and scattered trees right off the tee, rolling fairway goes slightly uphill and tilts left to right to begin with and then goes downhill and then slightly back up to a large circular green with cluster of trees to the front left, scattered trees right and trees behind green, green slopes back to front and left to right.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee staying in the center right of the fairway. Then, on your approach, stay below the pin and even if you're short of the green, chip on and then hope for a two-putt. But take the three-putt if you have to - that's a tough green to putt.''
Hole 5 - Par 3
- Yardage: 181 White, 160 Red.
- Handicap: No. 6 for men and women.
- Layout: Slightly elevated tee with trees tight left next to the tee box, fairway goes down at end of tee box toward large horseshoe-shaped pond with land in the middle, another pond to the right starts about 50 from the green, slightly elevated large green that's open to the left and right, four small trees behind green that has a mound in the middle.
- Pro Tips: "The average golfer will hit a 4- or 5-iron off the tee, and just go for the pin. If anything, be short, chip on and two-putt.''
Hole 6 - Par 4
- Yardage: 344 White, 280 Red.
- Handicap: No. 7 for men, No. 5 for women.
- Layout: Slight dog-leg right with green tucked back right, open on left and right off the tee until landing area where there's then a small tree line left and trees and tall grassy area and marsh on right, fairway goes slightly uphill and tilts right to left, fairway flattens out last 150 in, green sits on plateau and is protected on left and right by trees, marsh juts out front right area of green, open behind green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee staying left of the tree line - or you can even go into the No. 7 fairway off the tee and still get to the green from there. On your approach, stay below the pin, and the green is reachable in two. Then, hope for a two- to three-putt.''
Hole 7 - Par 5
- Yardage: 532 White, 480 Red.
- Handicap: No. 3 for men, No. 2 for women.
- Layout: Straightaway, scattered trees left and trees and grassy areas and a couple of homes and a road on the right, rolling fairway goes downhill off the tee, creek runs all the way across the middle of the fairway about 160 in at which time fairway goes slightly uphill to a green that's tucked back left, bunker front left of green that's fairly flat and tilts a bit back to front, open to right of green and a few trees behind green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee and stay left, then hopefully your second shot will be over the creek. However, that's a tough thing to do for the average golfer, getting over the creek on the second shot - if you don't blast your drive, that's where the second shot of most average golfers will wind up, in the creek. But if you're either short of the creek or just over the creek, either way your third shot will be an approach shot, and make sure that approach shot to the green stays in the center. Or, if you're short of the green on your approach, chip on and two-putt and get your bogey.''
Hole 8 - Par 4
- Yardage: 340 White, 300 Red.
- Handicap: No. 5 for men, No. 8 for women.
- Layout: Dog-leg left, tree line left off the tee and stone roadway and OB to the right, rolling fairway goes down into valley and then back up at the corner of the dog-leg about 170 in, fairway then goes uphill to elevated green with trees on the left and right sides of the fairway, creek runs across fairway about 50 in, slopes and open to left of green and trees farther left, trees behind green and one big tree front right of green and then trees behind that big tree, grass bunker to left side of green, slope in front of green and left and back and right.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee trying to cut the corner of the dog-leg. If you do that, you'll be about 135 out. Then, on your approach, add a club or two because of the elevation of the green. If you're going to miss anywhere on your approach, be short and chip on and two-putt.''
Hole 9 - Par 5
- Yardage: 523 White, 490 Red.
- Handicap: No. 4 for men, No. 1 for women.
- Layout: Straightaway, scattered trees left and tree line right off tee, rolling fairway goes uphill and then flattens out with small marsh to the left, fairway then goes slightly downhill and tilts left to right as get closer to the green that has two small trees back left but which is otherwise open on all sides, green has severe back to front tilt with hills at sides and behind, bush to right side of green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee trying to reach the top of the hill. Your second shot is a 3-wood, and a good shot there will put you about 75 out from the green. Then, hit a pitching wedge third shot and stay below the pin. Hope for a two-putt when you're on the green, and that is one hole you can make par on.''
Hole 10 - Par 4
- Yardage: 412 White, 315 Red.
- Handicap: No. 3 for men and women (back-nine handicaps).
- Layout: Straightaway, heavy tree line right and group of trees about 125 off tee on left, rolling fairway goes slightly uphill off the tee and then flattens out as fairway opens on left while tree line on right remains, slightly elevated smallish green that's open to the left, trees behind green and small slope and hill on right side of green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee as straight as possible. Your second shot will be usually a 4-iron to a 5-iron, and stay to the left on that second shot. You're then either on in two, or you can be a bit short and chip on and then two-putt. It's usually a bogey hole.''
Hole 11 - Par 4
- Yardage: 290 White, 260 Red.
- Handicap: No. 6 for men, No. 2 for women.
- Layout: Elevated tee, fairway goes severely downhill off tee, three trees in middle left of fairway about 50 out from tee that you have to go over, small tree and rock pile on right side of fairway that then flattens out a bit and then goes uphill a bit to the green, marsh on left side last 100 yards in, two marshes to right last 125 in and 100 in, pond directly in front of green, approach to green is a narrow gap between trees where the pond is, smallish green that's wider than it is deep, slope and trees behind green, trees to right and left sides of green.
- Pro Tips: "The average golfer will use a 5-wood or 4-iron off the tee. It's not a hole you can drive - you might think you can drive it, but you can't. Your second shot is then either a pitching wedge to sand wedge, and be aggressive - go for the pin and two-putt. It's a must-par hole.''
Hole 12 - Par 4
- Yardage: 215 White, 176 Red.
- Handicap: No. 9 for men and No. 9 women.
- Layout: Short par-4, straightaway, elevated tee, fairway goes directly downhill off tee box, heavy trees right and left sides, green sits up on plateau with marsh and bushes front left about 70 yards in, heavy and tight trees right and behind green, slope at front and left sides of green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit 5-wood or 4-iron off the tee and go for the green. But your tee shot must be straight. Come up short and you can still easily chip on. This is a hole that can be birdied.''
Hole 13 - Par 4
- Yardage: 366 White tees and 346 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 1 for men and No. 1 for women.
- Layout: Slight dog-leg right, wide fairway, heavy trees far right side all the way from tee to green and line of small scattered trees left, rolling fairway tilts right to left and goes downhill and then back up to green that's mainly open on left and right sides, a few trees behind green, heavy trees far to right of green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver and swing away. Your second shot will be blind toward the green, so just hit for the top of the hill. If you miss the green short, you can chip up and two-putt. It's a birdie hole.''
Hole 14 - Par 5
- Yardage: 436 White tees and 425 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 2 for men, No. 8 for women.
- Layout: Straightaway, scattered tree lines left and right as fairway goes downhill off the tee and then up slightly starting about 100 in and then back down to a smallish and mainly flat green that's open to the left and right sides with a few trees behind the green.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver and try to be straight, then your second shot will be a 5-wood or a 4-iron. On your approach, hit for the flag. If you're short a bit, it's an easy chip on. Two-putt and get your par.''
Hole 15 - Par 3
- Yardage: 155 White tees and 150 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 7 for men, No. 6 for women.
- Layout: Slightly elevated tee, thick trees and bushes on left, fairly open on right, marsh and trees and bushes behind green that's circular and mainly flat but which has a lot of subtle undulations.
- Pro Tips: "Hit 7- to 8-iron off the tee and hit for the center of the green and two-putt. It's a tough birdie hole, but you can par it.''
Hole 16 - Par 5
- Yardage: 440 White tees and 300 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 5 for men and women.
- Layout: Heavy tree line left and scattered trees right off tee, rolling fairway goes slightly uphill for a long way off tee and tilts left to right, small marshy pot in middle of fairway with small bridge over it about 200 in (near 200-yard birdhouse yardage marker) as fairway now tilts right to left from about 200 in to about 100 in, slightly elevated green that has slopes in front and to right side, scattered trees to left and right and behind green that tilts front to back a bit.
- Pro Tips: "Hit driver off the tee and aim for the bridge in the center of the fairway. Your second shot is a 3-wood, staying to the left. Your third shot is then a sand wedge, and hopefully you can then two-putt. It's a hole you can get par on.''
Hole 17 - Par 3
- Yardage: 95 White tees and 95 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 4 for men and No. 4 for women.

- Pro Tips: "Pitching wedge to sand wedge off the tee. Stay right on the top side of the green. Hopefully you can three-putt. We probably get more bogeys and double bogeys on this hole, but it's also usually the hole we have the most hole in ones on. It's kind of either make a hole in one or a bogey.''
Hole 18 - Par 4
- Yardage: 280 White tees and 250 Red tees.
- Handicap: No. 8 for men, No. 7 for women.

- Pro Tips: "Hit driver and try to stay in the center and hit it into the valley. From there, you can hit pitching wedge or sand wedge, and try to hit the center of the green which is deceivingly long. Hope for a two-putt.''
